Our 30-Day Return Policy: Hassle-Free Returns Made Easy!
We understand that sometimes things just don't work out, and that's okay! With our 30-day return policy, you have 30 days from the day you receive your Niles & Chaz goodies to request a return.


What Can You Return?

es, you can return merchandise such as hair accessories like bonnets, beanies, and scrunchies. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for our liquids, tools, and replenishable items. To be eligible, items must be unworn, with no stains, and returned in the plastic bag they came in.


Eligibility for Returns 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don't forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return 
Ready to send your item back? Simply contact us at hello@nilesandchaz.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
If your item arrives damaged or defective and you would like a refund or replacement, please contact us at hello@nilesandchaz.com within 30 days of the purchase date and include your order number in the email subject line, photo documentation of any reported damage or defect, and we’ll take care of the rest.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), our liquids, tools and replenishable items. Clothing or accessories must be unworn with no stains and must be returned in the original packaging the item came in. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Note that orders placed with our retail partners are subject to the refund and return policy of each retailer. Please contact the retailer’s customer support team and provide the original dated receipt.

Refunds
We think our products are awesome, but if you are not satisfied with any order you placed through www.nilesandchaz.com, then you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@nilesandchaz.com.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
