Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We offer the following shipping options:
    • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
    • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
    • Overnight Shipping (1-2 business days)
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.

International Shipping Policy:

  • We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping charges and delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Niles & Chaz is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and they are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:

  • Niles & Chaz ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Damages:

  • Niles & Chaz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
